Priory Woods School and Arts College is a large and successful school for children and young people aged 4 – 19 with severe, profound and multiple learning difficulties and complex needs.

School Improvement Phase Leader

Contractual status:    Permanent – to start as soon as possible

We are looking for a School Improvement Phase Leader who will work as part of the Senior Leadership Team to ensure that our children and young people continue to receive an outstanding provision.

If you:

  • are able to inspire and lead a team;
  • are an excellent classroom practitioner;
  • have an ability to work across different ages;
  • have some experience within SEND settings;
  • enjoy working in a fast paced, innovative, exciting and supportive environment; and
  • have high aspirations and are eager to work towards the best outcomes for children and young people

then we would welcome your application. The post will be suitable for a teacher with either mainstream or special school experience.
